Attorney’s fees
Your initial consultation is always free at The Law Office of Travis Williams. For criminal defense cases we accept all forms of payments including cash, money orders, western union, VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
We handle all personal injury cases on a contingency fee basis. Our attorney’s fee, if we are successful, will be a percentage of your total recovery. We will advance all expenses needed to hire experts and prepare your case. Those expenses will be deducted from any recovery. If we are unable to obtain compensation for you, you will not owe us a penny for any fee, cost or expense.
